MOTION is SWET’s functional conditioning class focused on movement under fatigue,
strength endurance, and aerobic capacity.

This class blends weighted conditioning and bodyweight training using dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls, dead balls, carries, cardio machines, skipping, running, and dynamic core movements. Core training built through movement patterns like carries, V-ups, hanging movements, rotational work, and full-body conditioning.

Each session is structured through formats such as:
  • EMOM
  • AMRAP
  • Circuits
  • For Time
  • Round Targets
  • Accessory Blocks
  • Interval Conditioning

Programming runs in progressive 8-week blocks to build fitness, movement quality, conditioning, and consistency over time.
