This class blends weighted conditioning and bodyweight training using dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls, dead balls, carries, cardio machines, skipping, running, and dynamic core movements. Core training built through movement patterns like carries, V-ups, hanging movements, rotational work, and full-body conditioning.
Programming runs in progressive 8-week blocks to build fitness, movement quality, conditioning, and consistency over time.
