This class combines running, ski ergs, rowers, sleds, carries, wall balls, lunges, and bodyweight conditioning into structured sessions that improve real fitness and measurable performance.
Each block runs for 8 weeks with testing at the beginning and end so members can track progress across endurance, movement efficiency, and conditioning output.
