is SWET’s race-inspired conditioning program designed to build endurance, pacing, resilience, and repeat effort under fatigue.

This class combines running, ski ergs, rowers, sleds, carries, wall balls, lunges, and bodyweight conditioning into structured sessions that improve real fitness and measurable performance.

Each block runs for 8 weeks with testing at the beginning and end so members can track progress across endurance, movement efficiency, and conditioning output.

Sessions are 40–50 minutes including:

  • Warm up
  • Movement prep
  • Skill or pacing focus
  • Main workout

ENGINE ROOM is built for people who:
